SepSolve Analytical Ltd statement concerning business operations and the coronavirus (COVID-19)

17 March 2020

As the coronavirus pandemic continues to have a global impact, we would like to assure our employees, partners and customers around the world that your health and safety is our highest priority.

With this in mind, we:

  • Have cancelled visitor access to all our facilities until further notice.

  • Are restricting employee customer site calls to visits that are mutually pre-agreed and replacing face-to-face visits with virtual meetings as much as possible.

  • Have cancelled all employee travel to and attendance at external conferences, trade shows and events across the globe until mid-May, after which they will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Most exhibitions and industry events have been rescheduled to later in the year.

  • Have enabled our staff to work from home where possible.

Foundational to this is our ongoing commitment to maintain the high standard of our business operations. To deliver the best possible technical and application support, our customers are welcome to communicate with us remotely if they need to, via the email, telephone (Contact details for the SepSolve offices can be found here) or we can set up multi-site video conference calls for our customers with our industry and technology experts.

We are working with our divisions and logistics partners to ensure parts and supplies capacity in and out of our strategic locations, and are continuing to fulfil customer orders and will carry on doing so for as long as government guidance allows, and if the health of our employees is not jeopardised.

Please be assured that we are closely monitoring World Health Organization and government updates and will act on their advice to protect our employees, partners and customers during this rapidly changing situation.

Thank you for your continued confidence in SepSolve Analytical.
